To start the fall market looks like we'll have some collards, kale, okra, peppers, eggplant, tarragon, thyme, mint and a variety of basils from the summer crops left over. From the new fall crops... dill, parsley, swiss chard, red and green mustard greens, turnip greens, radishes, salad and pickling cucumbers and all sorts of varieties of squash and zucchinis. Then later on we go from there into new crops of lacinato kale, red russian kale, curly kale, kohlrabi, cilantro, collards, red and green cabbage, fennel bulbs, green beans, green onions, spinach, mixed and head lettuce, sugar snap peas, snow peas, beets, a few carrots, broccoli and brussel sprouts much later.
